About Us

“We are wowing our clients with the quality, flexibility, and speed of construction,” said Murray Fleming, the owner and licensed builder, Canberra Structures.

Scandi Group has been supplying select builders in Australia and New Zealand for over 10 years with sustainable pre-cut load-bearing buildings made of mass timber (LGL).

Our factory is renowned for its advanced German-made technology and highly trained staff. Our fully automated timber machining technology ensures outstanding dimensional accuracy, while precisely pre-cut parts facilitate a swift and effortless building process, enabling our builders to erect the building on-site within a matter of days.

We supply a diverse range of projects, including:

  • Residential homes
  • Holiday homes
  • Community buildings
  • Commercial projects
  • Granny Flats and cabins

Scandi Group has concept home plans and a standard range of smaller buildings. However, most projects are made to order. A group of engineers and designers will work together to find the best way to build a custom design. We have an average of more than 200 people working on automated and computerised production lines. This lets us adapt to and meet any special request.

We understand that ordering a building is a significant investment. That’s why we provide our customers with the opportunity to walk through their building before confirming their order. Using cutting-edge 3D modeling technology, we create a virtual replica of your building, enabling you to inspect every detail and ensure that it meets your specific needs and requirements. You can take a virtual tour of your building and see how it will look and feel in real life. With our 3D modeling service, you can rest assured that you are making an informed decision and investing in a building that will exceed your expectations.
